Objective To observe the curative effect of Tianmaxifeng oral liquid on acute cerebral infarction, and explore the effect of Tianmaxifeng oral liquid on the hemagglutination indicators and hemorheology. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received conventional western medicine therapy.Treatment group received Tianmaxifeng oral liquid on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy. The changes of the hemagglutination indicators(Activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)) and hemorheology(high shear blood viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity) were observed before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group(92.31%) after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(66.67%,P〈0.05).There were significant differences between before and after treatment on APTT,PT,high shear blood viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in two groups(P〈0.05).There were significant differences between two groups on APTT,PT,high shear blood viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion Tianmaxifeng oral liquid has obvious effect on acute cerebral infarction, can improve coagulation status and hemorheology of patients, prevent the progress of acute cerebral infarction, and promote the recovery of function in patients with cerebral infarction.
