摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。记述了中医对乳腺癌的认识及乳腺癌的治疗方法,分析了中医中药在乳腺癌综合治疗中的作用,即减少术后并发症、减毒增效及抗复发转移。但是,目前文献资料样本含量少,多为少数医疗机构或个人总结,缺乏大样本、多中心病例观察。中医中药在乳腺癌综合治疗中的美好前景有待更深入的研究。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in female. This article reviewed the cognition of breast cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine and breast cancer treatments, and analyzed the effects of Chinese medicine in comprehensive therapeutic actions of breast cancer. These effects were reducing postoperative complications, enhancing curative effect and reducing toxicity and lowering the rate of recurrence and transferring. But, the problem in all the arti- cles was that the samples were few,many were summaries of some medical institutions or individuals,and they were lack of large samples and multi - center clinical observations. Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy of breast cancer is great need to be further study.
