摘要
介绍了IP - 16 12微型PLC在具有较复杂生产工艺的PA - 1型永久性抗静电剂生产中的应用和系统的软件硬件的设计要点如 :控制器的选型、控制策略等 ,并提出了抗干扰措施 ,以及整个生产流程采用微机控制后对PA - 1型永久性抗静电剂产品质量的改善和效益的改善 .
This article introduces the application of miniature PLC IP-1612 in the complex process of permanent PA-1 anti static agent,the main design of the software and the hardware of the system such as the selection of the controller,etc. as well as anti interrupt measures.It also introduces how to improve the anti static agent's quality and the benifit by microcomputer control in the whole production line
