摘要
目的针对医院开展妇科手术发生切口感染的相关因素进行全面分析。方法对医院2009年2月-2011年4月52例妇科患者术后所发生切口感染的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,参照无切口感染患者对比可能存在的感染因素。结果 2300例妇科开腹手术患者中,52例发生切口感染,感染率为2.3%;患者的体质量、手术时间、饮食情况、病房环境、基础疾病、抗菌药物应用及缝合医师为医院感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论医护工作者应正确指导患者的饮食搭配,严格控制手术期患者住房环境,尽力缩短患者手术的时间,医师在围手术期间合理的预防用药是预防发生切口感染的基础保障。
OBJECTIVE To comprehensively analyze the related factors for the incision infections in the patients undergoing gynecological surgery. METHODS The gynecological patients undergoing surgery from Feb 2009 to Apt 2011 were collected, the clinical data of 52 patients with incision infections were retrospectively analyzed, the related factors that may lead to the infections were analyzed by referring to the patients without incision infections. RESULTS Of 2300 patients undergoing laparotomy, the incision infections occurred in 52 patients with the infection rate of 2. 3%; the weight, operation duration, diet, ward environment, underlying diseases, use of antibiotics and the suture surgeon were the risk factors for nosocomial infections (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The medical staff should instruct the patients for reasonable diet, strictly control the ward environment, shorten the operation duration, and reasonably use antibiotics during the perioperative period so as to prevent the incision infections.
