摘要
文章选取三个代表性的问题对历史地段保护规划的一些理论原则作了系统的阐述，首先阐述了保护传统住宅与居住街巷的重要性；第二部分，分析了文物建筑在历史地段保护规划与设计中的价值与作用，剖析了文物建筑的保护与利用问题；最后，系统地讨论了保护与更新的辩证关系，包括保护的对象、更新的对象以及保护性更新的分期与渐进性问题。
