摘要
目的建立测定苯佐卡因软膏中苯佐卡因含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(80∶20∶0.5),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为291 nm。结果线性回归方程为Y=1.19×106X-2.75×105,r=0.999 886;苯佐卡因质量浓度在2.50～40.00μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为99.28%,RSD为0.73%(n=6)。结论该法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于测定苯佐卡因软膏中苯佐卡因的含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the benzocaine content in Benzocaine Ointment.Methods The chromatography column：SinoChrom ODS-BP column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（80：20：0.5）.The flow rate：1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 291 nm.Results The regression equation was Y=1.19×10^6X-2.75×10^5,r=0.999 886.Benzocaine showed good linear relationship in the range of 2.50-40.00 μg/mL with absorbance.The sample average recovery rate was 99.28%,RSD was 0.73%（n=6）.The precision was good,RSD was 0.14%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is operating easily and simply,with accurate and reliable results,which can be used to determine the benzocaine content in Benzocaine Ointment.
