负压封闭引流技术在大面积皮肤缺损中的应用及护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)在大面积皮肤缺损中的应用及护理体会。方法选取我院骨科创伤病区2010年1月-2011年11月间大面积皮肤损伤使用VSD的患者26例,进行回顾性分析。结果 26例应用VSD患者通过系统护理和治疗,Ⅰ期创面均得到控制,其中1例因感染进行2次负压引流,应用时间7-14d,平均8.4d。Ⅰ期创面游离植皮全部成活,无感染、再次植皮及失败记录。6例遗留小创面,均自行恢复。结论负压封闭引流技术能够在严格外科清创术基础上彻底去除创面分泌物和坏死组织,促进创面愈合,疗效确切。
