摘要
对瑞香科荛花属植物了哥王[Wikstroemia indica(L.)C.A.Mey]的叶子进行化学成分研究。方法:用甲醇提取及柱色谱等方法进行分离,薄层色谱跟踪检测,波谱法鉴定结构。结果:从该植物叶子中共分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别是西瑞香素(1)、异西瑞香素B(2)、杨梅素(3)、槲皮素(4)、山奈酚(5)、芫花素(6)。结论:首次报道了哥王叶子的化学成分。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of leaf of Wikstroemia indica(L.) C.A.Mey.Methods:The plant was extracted by MeOH,then separated and repeatedly purified by methods of chromatography,TLC for tracking and detection.Their structures were elucidated by IR,MS and NMR.Results:Six compounds were isolated from the leaf of Wikstroemia indica and identified as daphnoretin(1),isodaphnoretin B(2),myricetin(3),quercetin(4),kaempferol(5) and genkwanin(6).Conclusion:The chemical constituents of leaf of Wikstroemia indica was reported for the first time.
