摘要
介绍了咸宁非物质文化遗产保护进展,探讨其发展对策,并建议该市:(1)收集与整理各种非物质文化遗产;(2)着重申报国家级、省级非物质文化遗产名录;(3)领衔申报砖茶技艺的世界非物质文化遗产名录;(4)实现传统特产的非物质文化遗产与地理标志双重保护;(5)重点建设通城县麦市镇省级文化生态保护实验区;(6)加强非物质文化遗产生产性保护;(7)实施非物质文化遗产与物质文化遗产双重保护;(8)建立文化产业示范基地,发展与非物质文化遗产相关的文化产业;(9)加强非物质文化遗产的传承教育。
The progress in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Xianning city was introduced,and its developmental countermeasures were discussed in this paper,finally,some suggestions were put forward as follows：（1） to collect and settle all kinds of intangible cultural heritage;（2） to emphatically declare the national and provincial intangible cultural heritage list;（3） to leadingly declare the world intangible cultural heritage list about the technique of brick tea;（4） to realize the double protections of intangible cultural heritage and geographical marker of traditional specialties;（5） to emphatically build the provincial cultural ecological protection trial area in Maishi town,Tongcheng county;（6） to strengthen the productive protection of the intangible cultural heritage;（7） to combine the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage with the protection of tangible cultural heritage;（8） to construct the demonstrative base of cultural industry,and develop the cultural industry related with intangible cultural heritage;（9） to strengthen the heritage education of the intangible cultural heritage.
