摘要
目的：分析住院患者心房颤动（AF）病因及年龄分布特点,指导临床治疗。方法：随机收集我院2007年10月~2011年10月AF住院患者共120例进行回顾性研究。结果：冠心病占38.3%,高血压占27.5%,糖尿病13.3%,肺心病占9.2%,风湿性心脏瓣膜病占7.5%,心肌病、甲亢、贫血等也占一定比例;冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、肺心病主发年龄段和风心病不同;阵发性AF18例,占15.0%,持续性AF43例,占35.8%,永久性AF59例,占49.2%。结论：冠心病、高血压病等是AF的主要病因,重视AF的健康教育和治疗。
Objective：Analysis of hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation（AF） etiology and age distribution,guide clinical treatment.Methods：Randomly collected in our hospital from 2007 October to 2011 October AF patients a total of 120 cases were studied retrospectively.Results：Coronary heart disease accounts for 38.3%,hypertension accounts for 27.5%,diabetes accounts for 13.3%,pulmonaryheart disease accounts for 9.2%,rheumatic valvular heart disease accounts for 7.5%,cardiomyopathy,hyperthyroidism,anemia also accounted for a certain proportion;Coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes,pulmonary heart disease,heart disease and wind the main issue of different ages;paroxysmal AF 18 cases,accounting for 15%,persistent AF 43 cases,accounting for 35.8%,permanent AF 59 cases,accounting for 49.2%.Conclusion：Coronary heart disease,hypertension,etc.is a major cause of AF,AF importance of health education and treatment.
