摘要
通过论述目前医院和医学院校信息化人才培养存在的种种弊端,深刻剖析了弊端产生的根源,探讨了解决弊端的相应对策,制定了信息化人才培养的多种方案,这对于促进医院信息化的发展,培养高素质的医院信息化管理人才,加强医院信息化人才队伍建设,提高医院的管理效率有着十分重要的意义。
The disadvantages and their sources, countermeasures for informatization personnel cultivation in the hospital and medical college are discussed. Several schemes for informatization personnel cultivation are put forward to promote informatization and management of the hospital.
