摘要
介绍了无刷直流电机的一种控制方法,即以dsPIC30F系列微控制器为控制核心,用霍尔效应传感器感知转子磁体位置,按照"六步换向"法给定子线圈有序通电,产生一个旋转磁场,带动转子运转,实现无刷直流电机的运行。电机的转速可通过调整微控制器的MCPWM模块的PWM信号占空比值大小来调节。这种BLDC电机控制系统结构简单,容易实现。
This paper introduces a control method of brushless DC motor, i.e. taking dsPIC30F series microcontroller as the control center and sensing the position of rotor magnet with Hall effect sensor, the stator coils are orderly powered in accordance with six-step transformation direction method. It can produce a rotating magnetic field to drive rotor rotation and then achieve the operation of brushless DC motor. The speed of motor can be adjusted by the duty ratio of the PWM signal values of the microcontroller MCPWM module. This kind of motor control system has the advantage of simple structure and is easy to realize.
