摘要
目的探讨组织均衡处理技术(tissue equalization,TE)在下颌骨数字化X射线摄影(DR)影像中的临床应用价值。方法自该院2009—2011年期间,顺序抽取98例下颌骨DR影像资料;运用组织均衡处理技术对影像进行处理,比较组织均衡处理DR图像与标准DR图像的差别。结果组织均衡处理DR图像可在同一幅上显示不同组织结构的细节,标准DR图像需反复调节窗宽、窗位才能清晰显示图像。结论运用组织均衡处理技术对下颌骨DR图像进行处理,能明显改善不同组织的显示清晰度,并提高DR摄影的工作效率。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of tissue equalization （TE） technique in the mandible digital radiography（DR） image. Methods 98 cases of mandible DR image data were extracted according to sequences from 2009 to 2011. The TE technique was used in image processing. The differences between the TE processed image and standard DR im- age were compared. Results The details of different tissues structure were displayed in the TE processed images. The standard DR images needed to adjust the window width and window level repeatedly in order to display images clearly. Conclusion The clarity in different tissues and the efficiency of DR photography can be improved obviously by using the TE technique in process- ing the mandible DR image.
