Dynesys动态稳定系统在腰椎退行性疾病中的应用进展

摘要 腰椎退行性疾病是中老年人常见的疾患,据调查在美国人群腰痛发病率为17.8%,而在中国,由于所承受劳动强度更大,人群总体腰痛的发生率相对更高,达50%。腰椎退行性疾病所致的下腰痛已成为丧失劳动能力及生产力的主要原因之一。腰椎退行性疾病传统的治疗方法是后路融合术,这种方法在过去的数十年被广泛接受和应用。
