骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的原因及防治措施。方法采用回顾性总结的方法对我院于2008年9月至2011年11月各类骨科手术后出现26例下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因、预防及治疗进行探讨。结果本组26例下肢深静脉血栓患者经早期诊断、早期治疗后症状及体征明显改善甚至消失,疗效满意,均未出现肺、脑栓塞及下肢坏死的情况。结论骨科大手术围手术期需预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,下肢深静脉血栓形成及时规范治疗可取得满意的治疗效果。
