摘要
目的:探讨心脏病患者非心脏手术围术期连续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)对心力衰竭(心衰)的治疗效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法:选取我院收治的102例心脏病非心脏手术围术期心衰患者,随机分为观察组(51例)与对照组(51例),2组均应用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用CRRT治疗。同时选取正常体检成人的血清标本(50例)作为正常对照组。应用酶联免疫吸附实验检测血清中脑钠肽(Brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-12(IL-12)的表达情况。结果:观察组治疗的效果明显优于对照组,观察组与对照组治疗前BNP、IL-8和IL-12的表达均明显高于正常对照组,治疗后两组血清中BNP、IL-8和IL-12的表达均下降,但是观察组的下降值明显高于对照组。结论:CRRT治疗非心脏手术围术期心衰患者的临床效果明显,血清中BNP、IL-8和IL-12的表达随之降低。
Objective ：To observe the therapeutic efficacy and the inflammatory factors （BNP, IL-8 and IL-12） change in heart failure patients with non-cardiac surgery by continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） during perioperative period. Methods ：102 patients with heart failure were divided into two groups. The control group （51 cases） was treated by routine treatment, the observation group （51 cases） was treated by routine treatment and CRRT treatment. 50 normal adults were observed as normal control group. B-type natri- uretic peptide（ BNP）, Interleukin （IL） -8, and IL-12 in blood serum were measured. Results ：The therapeutic efficacy was better in the observation group than in the control group. The expressions of BNP, IL-8 and IL-12 level were higher both in the observation group and the control group than in the normal control group, and the expressions of BNP, IL-8 and IL-12 were decreased in both groups, but the values of the observe group were decreased more. Conclusion： CRRT can improve the curative effect, and decrease the expression of BNP, IL-8 and IL-12 in heart failure patients with non-cardiac surgery.
