摘要
在对盾构原理及土力学分析的基础上,建立了盾构机刀盘转矩各构成部分的模型和计算公式并进行分析求解,同时对盾构转矩与系统其他因素的相互关系进行了分析,通过实例进行模型对比分析和验证。结果表明,所建模型及计算公式有较高的精准度,对盾构设计与施工有重要参考价值。
Based on the analysis of shield principle and the selid mechanics, the model and calculating formula of various com-ponents of torque in the shield machine were established, and the related solution was conducted. Also, the mutual relation between the shield torque and other factors of system was analyzed, and the analysis and verification about the model was executed through con-crete example. It is proven that the model and calculating formula has a higher accuracy, and has significant reference value for the design and construction in shield.
