摘要
使用JSM-6700F场发射扫描电镜及能谱分析仪对5083铝合金中的夹杂物进行分析,研究了精炼前后合金中非金属夹杂物的大小、形貌、数量及化学成分的变化。结果表明,夹杂物主要含有Al、Mg、Si、C、O元素,它们以氧化物、碳化物及碳的形式存在;;精炼后,部分含有Cr、Mn、Ca、K、Zn等元素的夹杂物消失,出现新元素Fe;;夹杂物颗粒由50~90μm减小到20~40μm,形貌以不规则形状为主,同时夹杂物数量减少。
The JSM-6700F Field Launch Scanning Electronic Microscope and Energy-Spectrum Analyzer was used to analyze the inclusions in 5083 alloy The research before and after refining in the alloy of the non-metallic inclusions size, morphology, quantity and chemical composition of change were studied.
