综述了枇杷保鲜技术的物理和化学贮藏方法,并指出了理化贮藏方法的不足,阐述了天然多糖涂膜方法在枇杷保鲜中的应用,讨论了今后的主要研究方向。
This paper reviews the fresh-keeping techniques of loquat includes physical storage methods and the chemical storage methods, points out the deficiency of physical and chemical storage methods, describes the method of natural polysaccharides to loquat to preservation, and discusses the prospect of study of loquat storage.
