深圳龙茜供水工程PCP管承插接口内部补强加固试验 被引量:2

摘要 深圳市龙茜供水工程约有1.2km长的PCP管段紧临广深铁路,工程的安全不仅影响供水的稳定,同时也影响着铁路的安全运行,为了确保隐患部位不会造成重大爆管事故,2008年和2009年龙茜供水工程停水检修期间,在广深铁路段PCP管内部分别对较为危险的18个和16个承插接口,共约150m长的管道进行了补强加固及柔性防渗试验。试验结果表明,采用在PCP管内部环向粘贴碳纤维复合SK手刮聚脲防渗的综合处理方案,能在较短的时间内对PCP管进行快速补强及防渗,避免了在输水管外部施工对周围建筑物的影响,防止了PCP管的爆管,保证了工程安全运行。 The full length of PCP pipe of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway part of Longqian water supply proj- ect for Shenzhen city is 1.2kin. Two times pipe bursting accidents respectively occurred in 2006 and 2007, which posed a threat to the safety of railway. According to the pipe bursting accidents, two times pipe bursting accidents occurred in the concrete socket, the prestressing steel wire has corroded at the bursting place and has disconnected at the waistline. During the water pause and maintenance period in 2008 and 2009, the tests of reinforcement and flexible seepage were carried out separately for the most critical 18 and 16 inside bell sockets. The test scheme for rapid repairing and comprehensive anti-seepage in a short construction time has been proposed, using carbon fiber combining SK brushing polyurea in the PCP pipe. The test scheme can avoid the impact on the surrounding buildings during repairing the PCP pipe outside. The test results showed that the scheme was proved to be effective and feasible. SK brushing polyurea is used for protecting saturating resin of carbon fiber sheet to solidify in the water and to increase the flexi- ble anti-seepage level. It avoids bursting the PCP pipe and thus ensures the safe operation of the project.
