摘要
女性生殖道恶性肿瘤严重危及女性健康,子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,EC)占妇科恶性肿瘤的20%~30%。同其他恶性肿瘤一样具有侵袭和转移的特性,且远处转移是影响其预后的重要因素。目前提出的"肿瘤干细胞理论"认为,子宫内膜癌肿瘤组织中也存在少量具有自我更新、无限分化和增殖的肿瘤干细胞,这些干细胞可能是子宫内膜癌发生、转移和复发的关键。CD133作为一个公认的新型肿瘤干细胞的标记物在多种肿瘤组织中表达,同样也有望成为子宫内膜癌干细胞的特异性标记物及评估子宫内膜癌预后的有效标记物。
The tumor of female genital tract is a serious threat to women's health, and endometrial cancer (EC) accounted for 20% -30%. Like other malignant tumors, EC has features of invasion and metastasis, which affects patients' prognosis. The theory of cancer stem cells (CSCs) has suggested that there be a small amount of CSCs with the capacity of self-renewal,differentiation and proliferation in EC tissues. These stem cells may be the key of EC's occurrence, metastasis and recurrence. CD133, as a new marker of CSCs in various tumor tissues ,would be expected to become specific marker of endometrial cancer stem cells (ECSCs) and effectively assess the prognosis.
