摘要
介绍了电介质材料储能密度的概念,综述了陶瓷及玻璃陶瓷用于储能介质材料的研究进展,重点分析了影响介质材料储能密度的若干因素,展望了玻璃陶瓷电容器在军事、混合动力汽车及生物医学上的应用前景,指出了今后高储能密度介质材料的发展方向。
The concept for energy storage density of dielectric material is introduced. The research advance of ceramics and glass ceramics for energy storage is reviewed. The effects of some factors on energy storage density for dielectric materials are analyzed in detail. The application of glass-ceramic capacitors with high energy storage density in military, hybrid electric vehicles and biomedicine is depicted. The development tendency in dielectric materials with high energy storage density is presented.
