着重分析了炼油厂二次加工装置柴油加氢设备硫腐蚀类型和腐蚀机理,并在此基础上提出了具体的防治措施:设备腐蚀安全评定,材质合理升级,加强在线腐蚀监测和高温定点测厚,建立腐蚀数据库,积极推广防腐新技术、新材料和腐蚀新监测技术的应用等措施,为同行业提供借鉴。
