摘要
研究了溶胶-凝胶法合成TiO2催化剂乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯的性能。考察了煅烧温度、反应气氛对乙苯脱氢制备苯乙烯的影响。结果表明,在相同反应条件下,随着煅烧温度的增加,乙苯转化率和苯乙烯选择性降低,但高温煅烧TiO2单位面积乙苯转化约是低温时的2倍。与N2气氛条件下相比,CO2气氛能有效促进乙苯转化为苯乙烯。XRD、BET和SEM表征结果显示,773K条件下煅烧主要为锐钛矿相TiO2,而923K条件下煅烧后,主要为金红石相TiO2;同时随煅烧温度的增加,TiO2的BET表面积减小,这可能是乙苯转化率降低的原因。
Dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene over TiO2 catalyst prepared via sol-gel method was studied. The effect of calcination temperature of catalyst and reaction atmosphere on the reaction was investigated. The results showed that under the same reaction conditions, the conversion of ethylbenzene and the selectivity to styrene decreased with the increase of calcination temperature, while the conversion of ethylbenzene over per unit area of surface of TiO~ calcined at low temperature was twice higher than which calcined at high temperature. The conversion of ethylbenzene was higher in CO. atmosphere than that in N2 atmosphere. XRD, BET and SEM characterizations showed that the catalysts calcined at 773K and 923K consisted mainly of anatase TiO2. and rutile TiO2, respectively. BET surface area of the catalyst decreased with the increase of calcining temperature, which might be the reason for the decrease of ethylbenzene conversion.
