泰州地区7种中药材中的有机氯农药残留量的测定 被引量:13

Study on residues of organic chloride pesticides in seven Chinese medicinal materia in Taizhou region

摘要 目的:对泰州地区中药材甘草、黄芪、金银花、番泻叶、菊花、紫苏梗、西洋参中的有机氯农药的残留量进行研究。方法:样品以丙酮超声提取,选用ECD检测器在HP-5毛细管柱上用程序升温技术分离,用气相色谱对样品中9个有机氯农药残留进行测定。结果:9种有机氯农药在1~250μg.L-1范围内线性关系良好(r>0.996),检出限为0.04~0.22μg.L-1,添加回收率均在84.5%~107.8%。结论:该方法符合农药残留检测标准。 Objective: To study the residues of organic chloride pesticides in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, As- tragali Radix, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Sennae Folium, Chrysanthemi Flos, Periliae Caulis, Panacis Quinquefolii Radix. Method:The sample was extracted with acetone. The pesticides were separated on a HP -5 column were detected with the ECD detector. The following temperature program was adopted: start oven temperature 80 ℃, held 1 min, followed by an increase to 175 ℃ at a rate of 30 ℃/min, held 4 min,then increased from 175 to 215 ℃ at a rate of 6 ℃/min, held 2 min,and lastly increased from 215 to 290 ℃at a rate of 15 ℃/min, held 2 min. Nine kinds of organic chlorine pesticides were determined by GC. Result: The results showed that all the nine organic chloride pesticides had a good linear relationship in the range of 1 - 250μg . L^-1 ( r 〉 0. 996 ) ; the detec- tive limit was in the range of 0.04 -0. 22 μg . L^-1 and the recoveries were in the range of 84. 5% - 107.8%. Conclusion: The method is consistent with the standard of detective pesticide residue.
