摘要
目的探讨护理干预技术对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)同步放化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法将65例同步放化疗的局部晚期NSCLC患者随机分为护理干预组(34例)和对照组(31例),对照组采用常规同步放化疗,干预组在常规同步放化疗的基础上加用护理干预技术,两组患者在治疗前、治疗结束时采用肺癌患者生存质量测定量表FACT-L(第4版)进行问卷调查。结果治疗前干预组和对照组在各领域得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同治疗前相比,治疗结束时干预组患者在情感状况和肺癌相关症状方面较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),社交/家庭生活方面较治疗前轻度下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组仅在肺癌相关症状方面较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在社交/家庭生活方面较前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预技术能明显提高局部晚期NSCLC同步放化疗患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of the patients with locally advanced nons mall cell lung cancer and concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods 65 patients with locally advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer and concur rent chemoradiotherapy were selected and divided into two groups randomly, among which 34 cases were in the treatment group, treated with nursing intervention during the concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and the other 31 cases were in the control group, only with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The quality of life of the patients in the two groups before and after the treatment were questionaired by the FACTL Chinese version 4.0.Results The differences in all fields between the two groups before the treatment was of no statistic significance（P〉 0.05）.Compared with those before treatment, the emotional state and lungcancerassociated symptoms were obviously improved in the inter vention group after therapy, and the difference was of statistic significance （P〈0.05）.The social/family living aspect mildly declined, and the difference was of no statistic signiftcance（P〈0.05）.In the control group only the lungcancerassociated symptoms were obviously im proved, and the difference was of statistic signiftcance（P〈0.05）, but the social/family living aspect declined significantly, the difference was of statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention can obviously improve the quality of life of the patients with local ly advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer and concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
