缢蛏独睾科吸虫囊蚴病病原生物学及病理学 被引量:8

Studies on pathogenology and histopathology of disease in Sinonovacula constricta caused by metacercariae of Monorchis xiamenensis

摘要 本文首次报道了缢蛏新的一种寄生虫病———厦门独睾科吸虫囊蚴病。组织学观察发现 ,该囊蚴不仅可对成熟缢蛏许多组织造成损害 ,对幼蛏期缢蛏也可造成的一定的病理危害。通过对该独睾科吸虫部分生活史的实验研究 ,发现该吸虫终末宿主为钟馗 虎鱼 。 This paper reports on the study of the disease of razor clam Sinonovacula constricta (Lamarck), the new causative agent of which is a trematode, Monorchis xiamenensis (Liu) in estuary of Jiulong River, South Fujian province. Both young and mature Sinonovacula constricta (Lamarck) could be parasitized by the metacercaria of Monorchis xiamenensis. The destruction is heavy on many organs of razor clam, such as gonads, digestive gland, gills and mantle. The definitive host of this trematode is Triaenopogon barbatus .
