摘要
[目的]建立一种快速有效的重金属离子毒性检测方法。[方法]选择三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)为受试生物,采用双通道脉冲振幅调制叶绿素荧光仪(简称ToxY-PAM)检测水中Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+3种重金属离子的毒性大小。[结果]三者不同浓度引起的三角褐指藻光合作用抑制率变化基本均在1 h内达到最大值并趋于平稳;3种重金属离子的毒性大小为Cu2+>Zn2+>Cr6+。[结论]ToxY-PAM体积小,携带方便,检测速度快,灵敏度高,适合于重金属离子的现场检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a fast and effective methods about the detection of heavy metal ions toxicity.[Method]Choosing Phaeodactylum tricornutum as testing organisms,and using Dual-channel PAM Chlorophyll Fluorometer to detect Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Cr^6+ in the water.[Result]The changes of photosynthesis inhibition rate caused by different concentrations of the three heavy metal ions almost reached maximum and stabilized in one hour;The order of toxicity intensity among the three heavy metal ions was as below: Cu^2+Zn^2+Cr^6+.[Conclusion] ToxY-PAM instrument has small size and high sensitivity,convenient to carry,and the speed of detection is quickly,so it's suitable for detection of heavy metal ion in the field.
