摘要
研制了一种多路高速光电耦合器。采用混合集成技术 ,在 16DIP陶瓷管座内成功制作出四路高速光电耦合器。叙述了该器件的工作原理、制作工艺、器件特性以及设计考虑。
The fabrication of multiplex high speed photocoupler is reported. Utilizing hybrid integrated technology, a four-way high speed photocoupler has been successfully developed in the 16 DIP ceramic package. The operation principle, design consideration, fabrication technology and characteristic parameters of the devices are presented.
