伴烟滥用的精神分裂症临床对照研究

摘要目的了解伴烟滥用的精神分裂症的临床特征。方法对80例伴烟滥用的精神分裂症,80例不伴烟滥用的精神分裂症进行临床对照研究。结果伴烟滥用的精神分裂症和不作烟滥用的精神分裂症比较,前者以男性性格外向者多,临床症状以妄想、思维联想障碍、情绪不稳、行为冲动突出,且用抗精神病药物的剂量大,住院时间长。结论伴烟滥用的精神分裂症和不伴烟滥用的精神分裂症各有其临床特征。
