正畸压低过萌磨牙的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨通过正畸压低过萌上颌磨牙的方法。方法选择过萌的上颌磨牙患者9例(共21颗患牙),经种植体植入,压低过萌的上颌磨牙,利用三维锥形束CT测量正畸前后微型种植体对上颌磨牙的压低效果以及压低牙的牙根吸收情况。结果 21颗患牙经正畸治疗后压低的距离差异有显著性,平均为4.00mm,术前、术后牙根长度无变化。结论利用正畸-微种植体支抗压低过萌的上颌磨牙,为保留活髓牙及必要的修复间隙提供临床依据。
