经尿道等离子电切联合非那雄胺治疗晚期前列腺癌致膀胱出口梗阻的临床价值 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨经尿道等离子电切(TURP)联合非那雄胺治疗晚期前列腺癌致膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)的临床价值。方法将50例患者随机分为两组,每组25例。对照组患者均行双侧睾丸切除术加雄激素受体阻断剂治疗(氟他胺0.25 g,口服,3次/d)。治疗组患者在对照组基础上,同时予以TURP术,并从术后第2天开始给予非那雄胺5 mg,口服,1次/d。结果治疗组患者术后PSA、IPSS、Qmax、残余尿量及生活质量评分均较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TURP联合非那雄胺可有效解除晚期前列腺癌患者BOO,延缓疾病进展,提高患者生活质量。
