摘要
针对某电厂空冷风机桥振动过大的情况,分析了引起风机桥振动的主要原因,阐明了引起风机组振动的主要因素。提出了改善风机组振动的方案,对不同方案的风机组振动进行了现场实测。实测结果表明,采用改变风机桥自振频率和风机叶片数能显著减小风机组的振动。研究结果可为工程设计和空冷风机桥振动分析提供参考。
According to the excessive vibration of the air-cooling fan bridge in a power plant, this paper analyzed the main reasons of the fan bridge's vibration and put forward different improvement schemes, whose field tests had been carried out. The test results show that the fan bridge vibration can be significantly reduced by changing the natural frequency of the fan bridge and the fan blade numbers. The research results can provide references for the engineering design and the vibration analysis of the air-cooling fan bridge.
