摘要
目的评价Anthogyr种植系统在牙体缺损缺失种植修复中的临床效果。方法我院口腔科2007年6月至2010年6月采用Anthogyr种植系统修复牙列缺损或缺失患者64例,植入98枚种植体,采用烤瓷修复体修复。随访1～4年评价种植体修复临床效果。结果 98枚种植体经1～4年随访观察,91枚种植体观察无松动、功能良好,牙周及牙龈状况良好,累计成功率92.86%。结论 Anthogyr种植系统具有较好的种植修复效果,成功率较高,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Anthogyr Implant System in implant restoration of dental defects. Methods 64 patients in our hospital who received 98 Anthogyr implants from Jun.2007 to Jun.2010 were studied.The clinical effects were evaluated during 1--5 years.Results Of 98 implants after 1 to 4 years of follow-up,91 imptants showed good function,no looseness and good periodontal and gum condition.The accumulative successful rate was 92.86%. Conclusion Anthogyr implant system is effective in implant restoration of dental defects with high success rate,which is worthy of further promotion.
