摘要
为了解贵蚕9号的特征特性和发育情况,为大批量生产蚕种提供参考,经过2011年春夏两季饲养,调查了贵蚕9号原蚕的特征特性和发育情况。结果表明:贵蚕9号原蚕华系茧大、抗性强,特别对抗脓病能力强,龄期经过短,叶丝转化率高。日系产卵较好,茧层率较华系高。日系原蚕卵期比华系提前1d收蚁,而幼虫期、蛹期发育较慢,在饲养前日系须提早2d出库催青。
The characteristics and development of parent silkworm of Guican 9 after Spring and Summer rearing in 2011 were studied to provide a reference for mass production of silkworm. The results showed that Chinese parent silkworm of Guican 9 was of big cocoon, strong resistance, good resistance to pus disease, short instar duration and higher conversion rate of leaf/silk. And Japanese parent silkworm of Guican 9 was of good egg laying capacity and higher cocoon shell rate. The brushing of Japanese parent silkworm of Guican 9 in the egg stage was ld earlier than Chinese parent silkworm of Guican 9, but its development in larva and pupa stage was slow. Therefore, Japanese parent silkworm of Guican 9 should be two days ahead of schedule to hasten the hatching of silkworms.
