气流法和双侧气道峰压差法在左侧双腔支气管定位的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨气流法和双侧气道峰压差法综合方法在左侧双腔支气管插管定位的临床应用。方法选择80例开胸手术,随机分为二组,每组40例,A组采用传统的听诊法定位。B组采用气流法、双侧气道峰压差法综合方法定位。记录两组定位消耗时间、定位满意率,B组记录双侧气道峰压差。结果 B组比A组定位满意率高(P<0.05)。B组比A组定位消耗时间显著缩短(P<0.01),全部患者顺利完成手术。结论气流法、双侧气道峰压差法综合定位方法通过整合流程以取长补短,快速简便,定位满意率高,无需特殊设备,在广大基层医院有实用意义。
