消费者手机支付采纳的影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,移动技术在生活中变得日益普遍,但据资料显示,我国目前手机支付业务的使用率还处在一个相当低的水平。文章基于技术接受模型,结合风险感知、消费者创新、主观规范和兼容性等变量,对消费者手机支付采纳行为进行了研究,讨论了不同变量与使用意愿间关系的影响,深入地剖析影响消费者手机支付使用的根本原因,为提升我国手机支付的使用率,促进手机支付推广的效果和效率提供一定的理论思路,并期望能对现有消费者创新采纳行为研究的理论框架有所贡献。
