摘要
言语交际中存在引发人际冲突的话语(如冒犯、责备、詈骂)等不和谐现象,但追求人际和谐则是人类理性的本质。基于Spencer-Oatey(2000,2007,2008)的人际和谐管理模式,本文指出言语交际的互动过程就是说话人对实现人际和谐—不和谐的取向选择,并体现为语境中对言语行为、话语方式等的实际选择,这是一种具有普遍解说力的人际语用模式,但冲突性话语则体现了对该模式的违反。
This paper focuses on the management of interpersonal relations within Spencer-Oatey' s (2000, 2007, 2008) Rapport Management Model, in terms of which the motivational force for rapport management involves two main components: the management of face and the management of sociality rights. Rapport orientation in interaction is explored so as to show one of the dual functions of language and the management of interpersonal relations ; and rapport threat which is a rapport-challenge orientation and a kind of violation of the model is discussed with examples of conflict speech in interpersonal interaction.
