摘要 针对传统齿轮减速器优化设计的结果严重依赖于初始值,导致优化结果不理想的问题,对二级圆柱齿轮减速器的设计变量和约束条件进行了研究,建立起优化数学模型。利用1stOpt软件,对减速器进行优化设计,克服了使用迭代法必须给出合适初始值的难题,提高了设计效率,缩短了设计周期。 Aiming at the traditional method of optimal design of gear reducer depends on the initial values badly, leading to the poor results, the study on the design variables and restriction conditions are carried out, the optimization mathematical model is established. The problem that appropriate initial values must be given when using the iterative method during the optimization design is overcame by the using of 1 stOpt software. The design efficiency and shortened design period greatly are improved.
