摘要
目的观察Endobutton带袢钢板治疗陈旧性肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法采用Endobutton带袢钢板经锁骨-喙突单骨道治疗陈旧性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位8例。结果 8例均获得随访6～24个月,平均16个月。按照Karlsson标准评定疗效,8例均达到A级。结论采用单骨道Endobutton带袢钢板内固定术治疗陈旧性肩锁关节脱位是较为理想的方法,但中长期疗效有待进一步随访。
Objective To observe the outcomes of Endobutton system for the treatment of acromioclavicular old dislocation. Methods Eight patients with Tossy Ⅲ acmmioclavicular old dislocation treated with Endobutton system with single bone tunnel were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eight cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months,with an average of 16 months. The curative effects were evaluated according to Karlsson Standard.The outcomes of 8 patients were grade A. Conclusion Endobutton system with single bone tunnel is an ideal method in treating acromioclavicular old dislocation. Its long term effects need further follow up.
