微创手术治疗复杂胫骨骨折的疗效

摘要 目的探讨锁定接骨板微创手术治疗复杂胫骨骨折的疗效。方法 36例胫骨复杂骨折患者被分为18对,每对内患者性别相同,骨折情况相近,年龄差距在5岁之内,均给予急诊手术。每对内患者,分别给予锁定接骨板微创术和切开复位内固定术。术后追踪随访,观察骨折愈合所需时间。结果微创组骨折愈合时间平均18 w,传统切开复位内固定组骨折愈合时间平均24 w,对其结果进行配对t检验,结果发现,微创组骨折愈合所需时间较传统组明显缩短。结论锁定接骨板微创手术治疗复杂胫骨骨折利于骨折愈合。 Objective To explore the efficacy of the locking plate minimally invasive surgery for complex fractures of the tibia. Methods 36 patients with complex tibial fractures were divided into 18 pairs. Between two patients of every pair, both fracture type and sex are the same, the gap of age is less than 5 years, both were given emergency surgery. One patient in a pair was given the locking plate minimally invasive surgery, while the other was treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The postoperative follow - up is to observe the time that fracture healing takes. Result The fracture heal- ing time taken for the minimally invasive surgery group is an average of 18 weeks, as compared with 24 weeks taken for the traditional open reduction and internal fixation group. As the findings of the paired t - test shows, that the time of fracture healing for the minimally invasive group is significantly shorter than the traditional group. Conclusion The locking plate minimally invasive surgical treatment of complex tibial fractures was conducive to fracture healing.
