冠心病患者血NT-ProBNP与RDW的比对分析 被引量:6

摘要 N-末端原脑利钠肽(NT-ProBNP)是一种8.6kD的多肽,含76个氨基酸。它是由原脑利钠肽(ProBNP)降解后产生的氨基酸末端原脑利钠肽。其部分来自ProBNP,也可由心脏直接合成和分泌[1]。NT-ProBNP的半衰期比BNP长15倍[2],正常人NT-ProBNP/BNP的比值为1(等摩尔量),在心功能受损时,NT-ProBNP比BNP升高更明显,两者的比值增大,浓度高度相关[3]。
