摘要
介绍新疆林业生态建设投资规模和主要林业工程财政投入情况,分析林业生态建设财政投入的效果,提出林业生态建设除了要建立财政投入的长效机制外,还要实现财政投入主体多元化,扶持林业生态建设后续产业,使建设资金由"输血"变为"造血"方式,以维持生态建设稳定发展。
This paper introduces the Government grant t in Xinjiang forestry ecological construction and forestry project, and analyzes the investment effect of forestry ecological construction, put forward sugges- tion which of in addition to the establish financial input mechanism for forestry ecological construction, but also has to achieve the subject pluralism of Government grant support follow-up industry of forestry ec- ological construction, make the construction funds from the ＂ blood transfusion＂ into ＂ hematopoietic＂ mode, in order to maintain the stable development of ecological construction.
