摘要
目的:利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立补骨脂药材的指纹图谱。方法:利用HPLC法,以Alltima C18色谱柱作为分离柱;甲醇、水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,308 nm作为检测波长。结果:各个色谱峰相对于标准品补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的相对峰面积及相对保留时间的RSD均小于5%。结论:所建立的HPLC法指纹图谱稳定性、可重复性佳,可以用于补骨脂药材的质量控制。
Objective：Establish the fingerprint of Psoralea corylifolia by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods：Carry out the method for high performance liquid chromatography.Use Alltima C18 column as detached dowel and a mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase for gradient elution.As detector a spectrophotometer set at 308nm.Results：The RSD of the relative peak area and relative retention time was less than 5% compare the psoralen and isopsoralen.Conclusion：The fingerprint established by HPLC has good stability and repeatability.It can be used for psoralea corylifolia medicinal materials quality control.
