摘要
目的 :分析乳腺癌的二维声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流状况 ,旨在探讨乳腺癌的超声特点。方法 :对 78例 79个乳腺癌肿块经二维超声了解其部位、大小、形态、边界、内部回声、后方回声、纵横比及腋窝淋巴结是否肿大等 ,然后用彩色多普勒检查 ,观察肿块内部和周边有无血流及血流动力学表现 ,并根据其丰富程度分成五个等级 :0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级。结果 :乳腺癌诊断的准确性 ,二维超声 6 0例 ,彩色多普勒为 6 7例 ,二维加彩色多普勒为 71例。结论 :乳腺癌的二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断应以二维声像图为基础 ,可提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。
?Objective:To analyse the two-dimensional echocardiography and blood flow on color Doppler sonogram for studying the sonophological characters of breast carcinoma.Methods:The position,size,boundary,internal echo,back echo,longitudinal-transverse ratio of the breast carcinoma mass and swelling of axilalry lymph node of 78 cases of breast cancer were studied with the two-dimensional echocardiography and checked with color Doppler for their blood flow and manifestation of blood flow dynamics inside and around the mass.Then divided the density of the signals into five grades:0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ.Results:Patients were accurately diagnosed in 60 cases with two-dimensional echocardiography,in 67 cases with color Doppler and in 71 cases with two-dimensional echocardiography together with color Doppler.Conclusions:The diagnosis of breast carcinoma should be based on two-dimensional echocardiography,and with the keep of color Doppler to improve the accuracy of diagnosis . 〔
