摘要
目的:比较使用75%乙醇及丙酮两种取电极方法的效果,探讨更佳长程脑电监测技术。方法:将125例长程脑电图检查患儿随机分为实验组(75%乙醇),对照组(丙酮)。通过观察卸下电极所用时间、《聚氨酯产品气味评价表》和《Wong-Baker面部表情量表》等,比较使用不同溶剂取电极的临床效果。结果:实验组卸下电极的平均时间长于对照组,实验组对溶剂气味的耐受性高于对照组、疼痛指数低于对照组,两组比较均有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:75%乙醇能安全、有效卸下电极,较丙酮刺激性更小,具有可行性,值得推广。
Objective: To compare the effect of 75% ethanol and acetone in remove of electrodes and explore a better technology on long-term EEG monitoring. Methods: 125 children accepted long-term EEG were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group ( 75% ethanol ) and the control group ( acetone ). Two groups were compared in the time of remove of electrodes, 《 Odor evaluation form of polyurethane products》 and 《 Wong-Baker facial expression scale》 , etc. so that observe clinical effect of using different solvents. Results: The average time of remove of electrodes of experimental group is longer than that of the control group, the tolerance of solvent odor of the experimental group is also higher than that of the control group, but it's pain indexs is lower than that of the control group. There was difference in statistical significance in two groops ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: 75% ethanol can remove the electrode safely and effectively and minor irritation than acetone, it is feasible, and worthy of promotion.
