摘要
未成年子女财产是指未成年人因继承、赠与或劳动等方式取得的归未成年人自己所有的财产。因未成年人尚无管理财产的能力， 通常由其父母行使对该项财产的管理权并排除他人侵害； 享有财产上的用益权、负担子女的必要费用但收益剩余应归子女所有； 且非为子女利益不得处分。
The minor's property refers to the property that belongs to the minor's by the succession, labor and bestowal. Because of lacking of the managing capacity, their parents usually exercise the managing right so as to exclued other people's infringement. The parents have the right to use the minor's property and make profits. After bearing the necessary costs, the rest part of the property and the profits should belong to the minor. The necessary costs, the with the property and the profits, unless it's for the sake of the minor's benefit.
