摘要
分析30例困难气道患者气道特点和麻醉时的病理生理,针对困难气道患者的麻醉风险,总结了麻醉期间的护理配合经验。护理配合的重点包括:充分了解和评估患者情况,妥善准备物品和药品,密切观察和配合麻醉操作步骤,及时发现和处理患者的异常情况。
Through analysis of the anatomic and physiological characteristics and the pathophysiological changes of 30 difficult airway patients,the risks and key points of nursing care during general anesthesia were summarized,such as careful assessment of the patient situation,preparations of first aid materials and drugs,close observation and cooperation with the procedure of anesthesia,timely detecting and dealing with the abnormal changes during anesthesia.
