摘要
某些拖拉机倒档拨叉系采用QT45 0 -10铁素体球墨铸铁制造 ,要求局部淬硬。以往采用火焰淬火和盐浴局部加热淬火 ,其效果不理想。为此 ,设计制造了特殊的感应器和工装夹具 ,采用二次高频淬火工艺解决了该倒挡拨叉的热处理难题。
A certain type of tractor reverse fork used to be made of QT 450-10 ferritic spheroidal graphite cast iron.It was necessary to locally harden the reverse fork.The former flame quenching and quenching after local salt bath heating for it could not obtain good result.For this reason,special inductor and fixture have been designed and the heat treatment problem of the reverse fork has been successfully solved by double high frequency quenching.
