摘要
对丹寨含砷硫难浸金矿加石灰焙烧 -氰化浸金研究表明 ,在最佳焙烧条件 ( 60 0~ 650℃ ,a =1 1~ 1 2 ,2h ,空气流量 2 0 0ml/min) ,可固定 99%以上的硫和砷 ,金氰化浸金率从直接氰化浸出的 0 %提高到 94%。加石灰焙烧是 1种新的无污染预处理工艺。
The Danzhai refractory gold ores was treated by the roasting pretreatment with lime-cyanidation process.Up to 99% of the sulfur and arsenic can be captured and the cyanide leaching rate fo gold can achieve from 0 prior to the pretreatment to more than 90% under optimal roasting conditions(temperature 600~650℃,Ca/(S+As)mole ratio 1 1~1 2,time 2 h,air flow rate 200ml/min).It is concluded that lime roasting-cyanidation process is a new pretreatment technique.
